Success Fee

We have a transparent fee structure that ensures clients know the exact cost of our services. Our commitment to honesty and reliability means that we avoid overpromising and underdelivering. Here are some key points to note about our success fees:

We charge a small consulting fee or success fee for our work in arranging commercial loans.
Our success fee or consulting fee ranges from 1% to 3% of the total financing amount.
In the case of transactions that are:

(a) valued at over Ten Million United States Dollars (USD 10,000,000); and
(b) deemed by our firm to be of significant complexity and magnitude, a retainer fee shall be applicable to engage our firm’s services.
We will not receive any payments until clients successfully receive funding from the lenders we introduced at closing or the first disbursement.
